Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the performance of your product, please email info@equisol.pro to discuss your concerns.

We will refund products when:

• they have been determined to be faulty
• they are unable to fulfil their described purpose as listed on our website and
• have been used in accordance with instructions provided on the product label
• you can provide proof of purchase
